Stayed here a couple months ago for work, this is an excellent Hilton. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties for work and I enjoyed this property (some aren't so great). Staff and grounds well kept. Restaurant speedy. Room was clean and updated. Free parking as well. Thanks!

Was very pleased with my stay and would return here for sure. Plenty to do in the immediate Biltmore Square. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well kept. Though breakfast was not included the lobby restaurant was good. And I have to brag on the Hilton Employee Bob, he was so great and Helpful!!! Wish every hotel had an employee like Bob! He would go out of his way with everyone I saw him interact with.

Clean, very well, equipped and adequate suite in this price range. My wife and I were headed to an event with another couple, and we took the room for the afternoon so that we would have a place to change, shower, and then be in perfectly good condition & spirits for our show. The adequate for what I would consider a three star facility. I would be glad to go back should I need to use this hotel again.

It's a nice place, but my room was completely insecure - the door would not latch closed. Anyone could push on the door, and it would swing open without requiring the key. They moved me to a different room after I pointed this out, but this is a problem that should never happen. When you and your valuables are behind a closed door, it should be actually closed. I am attaching a video, filmed from the hallway, showing me pulling the door closed (proving that it is as closed as it can be), then pushing it open without the key. Hopefully they decommission the room and have maintenance fix it soon.

Great hotel. Very clean. Great staff. On-site parking. Great location, you can walk to many restaurants, movie theatre and more. Easy drive to Biltmore Estates and Gardens.

Hospitality is amazing, the only thing that was very uncomfortable was the pillows, I couldn’t get a good sleep during my stay. Maybe the inserts are cheap, they could change it for something appropriate. My Daughter and husband has the same experience. Thank you
